Journey of Hope With Rodney Mathers (62)

Welcome to this week's show.

Wow! We has some some major technical issues with the show this week but no way are we going to let that stop us! We kept trudging along because this week's guest is must for the show.

Jan Coates stops by this week to deliver a powerful Christian based message concerning "attitude". I think Jan is right on target as she addresses the issues relating to our attitudes, despite our situations. This is a great show and you don't want to miss it!

You can find out more about Jan after the interview at Jan Coats.

Welcome!

At what point in a platonic relationship should an ex-offender tell someone that they have been to prison? At what point in a romantic relationship should this be disclosed? How should one deal with a co-worker that holds animosity toward a felon?

These are only a few of the questions communication and relationship expert Dianne Sikel addresses on this edition of Journey of Hope With Rodney Mathers. This is an interesting show full of interesting ideas for the ex-offender.

Ellen Allen Discusses Co Dependency Issues On this Week's Journey Of Hope With Rodney Mathers

Hello and welcome tho this week's edition of Journey of Hope With Rodney Mathers

Are you preparing for a friend or a loved one to return home from incarceration? If you are in that situation, this show is for you. Rodney's special guest this week, Ellen Allen, has written a book called IF YOU CHANGE THE WORDS YOU CHANGE THE MEANING.

Her book is about co-dependency and the ways in which we can keep from falling into the role of an enabler.

Many, if not most ex-offenders, have addiction issues and Ellen has examined how the role of loved ones and friend can help to keep the ex-offender in a position to where the decisions they make - good or bad - are solely THEIR decisions.
